How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit.
What are your delivery options?
For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods currently include the United States Postal Service, FedEx and UPS delivery options coming soon.
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email. You may request a return or exchange within 20 days of the receipt of the product.
What happens when an item is out of stock?
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order might, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your item will be placed on back order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. In some case, out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (3-4) weeks.
Do you provide International delivery?
We only deliver to addresses in the United States of America. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers.
What is your order cancellation policy?
To cancel an order you have placed, please contact customer care and provide your order number. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can
request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
